My Husband and I went to the Lancaster location for the first time on a Thursday. The food was sooooo amazing but we will not order this chicken nacho for pick up AGAIN. Bad experience. The manager Johnathan wasn’t really “manager friendly “ when I spoke with him over the phone. It was basically in my own words the way he explain my bad experience for my pick up order,”it’s your problem”! It was soggy nachos but that was just a bad experience but I will know next time
Great food! Food comes out extremely fast! Our server lavell was AWESOME! Very personable, made us laugh, and extremely professional. I haven’t recieved service like this in a long time. Will be back
This place did not disappoint!!!! I called ahead and reserved a table for 11. We had a fabulous time. Carolina was our main server and she was wonderful. She was very nice and included my child in different little things. She also respected my wishes for them not to sing even though we were celebrating a birthday. The decor is so beautiful! The menu is robust and they have a fun robot that brings the food out with them. We will definitely be back!!! Oh and the food was great. Hands down the best steak fajitas I’ve ever had.
Awesome service!! Catalina took excellent care of our party with 15 guest!! The food was hot and fresh made to perfect for all of us! The kids enjoyed the robot helper, and all the adults celebrated another fantastic experience! Thank you to all the employees that made our evening we appreciate you!
The service was very good. I ordered the super nachos without meat and added rice. It was my first time trying it and it actually was better than my usual nachos. The pollo jarocho was really good. Had a side of Mexican rice with queso. Everything was good but the flies....still a nice restaurant. I would like to update my review and say that the flies have decreased and they have a new 'waitress' named Bellabot which is a cool feature for the restaurant.
I recently tried Adela’s again after having a bad experience last year. The food has always been great, but the service was never consistent. This past week, I was working just a couple of minutes away and decided I would stop in really quick for a late lunch. There were not very many tables, so I was hoping I could get in and out quickly. I was correct. My server, Makayla, gave me the best service I could have asked for. I wanted to try something I had never had before, and she suggested an amazing entree. She was extremely nice, quick, and very knowledgeable about the menu. I am going to stop by again next week after I get off work to try one of the drinks that she suggested. It would have been frowned upon for me to get it before going back to work. Hopefully it won’t be an issue if I ask for her section every time I come into the restaurant. Anyone reading this review should ask for her (Makayla) as well. You won’t regret it! Thank you Adela’s for a great lunch and even better service!
Came here at lunch. Two complete pages of lunch specials. Interior is super clean and decorated beautifully. Bright and cheerful. Our Server was very friendly and so attentive. My wife had Street Tacos. You choose your toppings and the soft corn taco shell was gluten free. Best she has ever had. The La Torta was huge and delicious!! We will be back.
I went to this Mexican in Lancaster South Carolina last week, for the first time. The place was enormous and we were seated immediately. We got the chorizo cheese dip which was delicious and we shared the Birria tacos which were fabulous. I didn't even know this place was there and I will definitely be back.. They even have the little robots that go around to deliver the food to the table. Not really necessary but it's neat.
